The Telesales Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end telesales operations for a high-volume environment comprising more than 100 call center agents. This role requires strong operational leadership, hands-on coaching, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day telesales operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to KPIs across a 100+ agent workforce.
• Provide coaching and guidance to agents to strengthen customer sales techniques and service effectiveness.
• Support agile sales experimentation initiatives, including piloting new scripts, offers, and digital tools to enhance conversion performance.
• Manage and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including call centre vendors, in-house remote sales management teams, product teams, and technology teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive improvement plans to sustain high-performing telesales operations.
• Ensure alignment with client expectations, operational standards, and project delivery timelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of experience in telesales or call centre management, with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager-level role.
• Background in telecommunications, broadband, or financial services is preferred.
• Proven track record leading high-performing telesales teams (50+ agents).
• Experience working with outsourced vendors or in BPO environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working within short-term contract arrangements, agile environments, or pilot project setups.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
