Location: KL Eco City
Our client is a dynamic group with businesses in financial services, property, investment, and financing. As they continue to grow, they're looking for energetic individuals to join their telesales team and help connect customers with the right financial solutions.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to warm leads--no cold lists needed
Introduce products, benefits, and promotions in a clear and engaging way
Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions
Hit monthly sales targets and enjoy attractive commissions
What You Need
Minimum SPM (Diploma/Degree is a plus)
At least 2 years of recent experience in financial telesales (B2C or B2B)
Strong performance history and KPI achievement
Good command of English and either BM or Mandarin
Confident, motivated, and great at communicating
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team
What You'll Get
Basic Salary: RM2,600 - RM3,000
(depending on experience)
Attractive commissions
RM300 attendance allowance

EPF, SOCSO, EIS
5-day work week (Mon-Fri)
Working hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Long lunch break:
1:00 PM - 2:15 PM
