Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering prompt and accurate services and handling customer inquiries or issues professionally.
Accurately process customer transactions, including disbursing and receiving funds, calculating loan values based on gold appraisal, and maintaining records.
Assist in the evaluation of pledged gold items by verifying weight, quality, and authenticity under the supervision of the Branch Manager or a certified gold appraiser.
Handle cash and financial instruments securely, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
Prepare daily reports on transactions, balances, and any discrepancies, and submit them to the Branch Manager for review.
b) Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
SPM or Diploma in any field.
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or retail, preferably with cash handling experience will be advantage. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
