Ensure all cash movements are properly recorded and balanced throughout the day and before end-of-day closing.
Maintain zero tolerance for cash discrepancies, including shortages, excesses, or posting errors.

Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Assist customers with inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Promote company products and ongoing promotions to customers, aiming to build long-term customer relationships.
Answer customer calls courteously and provide prompt assistance.
Guide customers in completing application forms and assist with any inquiries.
Educate customers about our remittance services.
Work well in a team and foster a supportive work environment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education: SPM.
Prior experience is an advantage, but
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Basic computer literacy is required.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (6-day work week with 1 day off).
Able to start work immediately.
