Position: Teller Location: 1st Avenue Mall Responsibilities: Conducting currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers. Handling inquiries and addressing customer concerns in a professional manner. Maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor, greeting customers with a smile and welcoming attitude. Assisting customers with currency-related questions and providing information about exchange rates. Handling cash transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Performing end-of-day reconciliation and reporting duties as required. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Finance , Business or related field Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Fluency in other languages is an advantage. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused attitude with a friendly and outgoing personality. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
