We are currently seeking an online accountant with Australian finance experience to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company and ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date.Responsibilities:

• Manage the company's bank accounts and have a proficient understanding of online banking operations.
• Strictly pay according to the company's financial system regulations and prepare relevant vouchers.
• Timely and accurately prepare accounting vouchers and register general ledger and detailed accounts.
• Maintain and update financial records, including income and expenditure details, bank statements, etc. Handle settlement business of accounts receivable and payable; responsible for detailed classification accounting of receivable and payable settlements.
• Assist in conducting financial audits to ensure that all transactions comply with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the company's cash flow to ensure the safety and effective use of funds.
• Cooperate with accountants to complete monthly tax reporting and salary distribution.
• Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in finance or accounting preferred, with Australian finance experience preferred
• Knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
