Position Snapshot Location: Sri Muda, Malaysia Company: Nestl Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. 1-year contract Bachelor\'s Degree in Science / Engineering field Entry Level Position A day in the life of Temporary Production Executive Competency development: Ensure the timely deployment of People development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team as per the agreed plan with PM (proper training inc. equipment, safety procedures, hygiene). Safety & quality: Drive continuous safety and quality improvement mindset and behaviour on the shopfloor and team in the plant. Digitalisation & process simplification: Lead and coach the use of digital systems (DMO, POKA, SAP) to drive operational efficiency and documentation simplification at the shopfloor. Problem solving & continuous improvement: Support in leading a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks. People engagement: Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and team in order to develop them to their full potential and to achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines. Reporting: Ensure the factory reporting systems (DMO, SAP) in tracking performance are accurate and timely updated, prioritize and execute projects to drive improvements in manufacturing processes to achieve best in class cost and operations performance. Benchmarking: Identify benchmarking opportunities (cost, operational efficiency, digital systems, labour efficiency & productivity) and ensure the implementation of the Best Practices based on the benchmarking study outcome.
