Knewton International School, Rawang is looking for a Temporary School Counsellor to be available on campus during school hours (half-day) to provide emotional support and guidance to students.
Position: Temporary School Counsellor
Location: Knewton International School, Rawang
Duration: Immediate start until end of school term (December 2025)
Commitment: Half-day (during school hours)
Purpose: To cover for the school counsellor currently on medical leave
Responsibilities:
Be available in school to talk to students who need emotional or psychological support
Provide basic counselling and guidance when needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Counselling / Psychology
Preferably registered or provisionally registered with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia (LKM)
Friendly, approachable, and empathetic toward students
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
