Job Description

Assist in the preparation and issuance of tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs). Coordinate tender advertisements and ensure timely publication. Receive and log tender submissions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with procedures. Assist in organizing tender opening meetings and record minutes accurately. Maintain and update the procurement and tender registers. Verify vendor documentation and support supplier prequalification processes. Liaise with vendors regarding tender queries and submission guidelines. Ensure that all tender documentation is properly archived for audit and reference purposes. Support in preparing evaluation reports and issuing award notifications. Follow up on procurement timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Assist in drafting purchase orders and contracts as required. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulations. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling tender-related documents.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
