Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and assisting in the commercial management of Mechanical & Electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed M&E quantity take-offs and cost estimates for tender submissions. Review tender drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify cost implications. Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of tenders. Analyze and evaluate subcontractor quotations, supplier pricing, and market rates. Assist in preparing tender reports, bills of quantities, and commercial proposals. Support the negotiation process with clients and subcontractors during tender stage. Maintain a database of historical costs, materials rates, and industry benchmarks. Provide input to risk assessments and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QS in M&E projects, preferably in [building / infrastructure / industrial] sectors. Strong knowledge of M&E systems, methods, and materials. Proficient in quantity take-off software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office. Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
