As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Shell and Retailer at site level, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer promises and commitment across channels; both Company Owned (CO) and Dealer Owned (DO) Platform.

• Identify gaps in all aspects of site performance (including service and people) for geographical area and mandate, advise or offer Retailers Shell-recommended tools, processes and support to help them to profitably deliver the Customer Commitment at the Retail site and to develop the business for the mutual benefit of both the Retailer and Shell in line with principle Goal Zero/ \xe2\x80\x9cI am A Safe Operator\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cFollow The Money\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cWelcome to Shell\xe2\x80\x9d.
• Maximize all sales development potential whilst protecting Shell\xe2\x80\x99s interests, through the coaching and motivating of Retailers.- Participate in Attraction and Selection of the right Retailers (via the Home Interview Module)- Through coaching, supporting and Performance Management of Retailers to deliver the basics and higher performance, ensure best Retailers have best sites and that poor Retailer performance is coached to improve or replaced, - Manage and maintain positive Retailer relationships, supporting Retailers to achieve and maintain top class site performance (including counseling to under-performing sites). And build pipeline of retailer pool to cater for future growth
• Deliver Sales & Operations targets for geographical area through regular reviews and appropriate action plans.
• Ensure Retailers implement all areas of the Customer Commitment and ensure compliance with the Site Operations/HSSE standards, contracts and manuals.
• Manage and maintain territory plan through a Retailer master/site plan for all sites
• Ensuring that Retailers; actions do not damage Shell\xe2\x80\x99s Reputation.
• Ensuring that the Retailer trains and develops their staff, and understands the importance of People in delivering the Customer Commitment, HSSE Compliance and business results
• Ensuring that Retailers place priority on HSSE not only on compliance but in their Hearts and Minds.

What we need from you?

• Demonstration of the more than 3 years strong business or commercial acumen with excellent communications skills.
• Broad competence in Mobility Sales & Operations is desirable
• Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving sales targets, building relationships, delivering customer commitments and negotiating.
• Degree in Business Administration or similar Field
• Good English language skills, high mobility and existing driver\'s license is a precondition.
