KULIM, Kedah Lead the development and qualification of new wafer test solutions in the demanding area of high temperature, high current / voltage, high parallelism testing Develop test programs & wafer probecards, integrate with test equipment, debug, validate, document and release per corporate standards and procedures Innovate test concepts & methods (Feasibility & realization in production testing) Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test pacakge buy-off and documentation Optimize testing solutions through high parallelism improvement and test platform migration Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in Semiconductor testing and familiar with power & Mixed signal Automated Test Engineering Equipment (ATE) Strong understanding in frontend wafer test processes and production operation Knowledgeable in developing wafer probecard hardware and have a good understanding of schematic diagram and components symbols as well as in scripting, C, C++ and visual Basic Good aptitude in statistical data analysis problem solving and solution finding Must exhibit pro-activeness with high ability of self - management, positive attitude, and a team player Excellent communication and presentation skills PENANG (Bayan Lepas) : 1. Create n ew test program for electrical testing for new products. 2. Modify test program on N extest and Verigy (V5000 & V93k) for electrical testing of new packages, and fault isolation on thermal and photon emission microscopes. 3. Perform electrical verification on complicated electrical failure modes. 4. Perform scan chain diagnosis for failure analysis purpose. 5. Perform regular check and repair test hardware, test board and test socket. 6. Set-up curve tracer testing and verification for parametric failures. 7. Collaborate with Product and Test Engineers for new product test program development. Requirements: 1. Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics/Material Engineering, Material Science or Physics. 2. Minimum 6-10 years\' experience and knowledge in test programming ( Nextest and Verigy testers ) or C++ programming language. 3.
