• Capability to design, develop and executes manufacturing test solutions (hardware, software) for PCBA level to system/box build level testing at manufacturer sites.
• Able to develop or reviewing manufacturing test plan, test fixtures/equipment, RFQ, Design for Test(DFT), test flow control with manufacturers test development teams(CM/EMS or ODM model).
• Working closely with internal teams (developer, system engineer, quality engineer) and external teams to ensure meeting the product requirements and specifications.
• Frequent communication with different regions cross teams during involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) to meet project milestone stage or support any product changes (hardware/software) during Mass Production (MP) stages.
• Provide onsite technical support to guide contract manufacturers for problems solving with corrective and prevention actions.
• Continuous support and improvement of manufacturing test related process (test steps optimization and test cycle time) after mass production.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
• Preferable 2-5 years of working experience, fresh graduates with programming skills and experience are encouraged to apply.
• Required knowledge of Developing Manufacturing Test Programming skills and understanding of Electrical Circuitry and Embedded Software.
• Experience in working with manufacturers to integrate test solutions to be deployed into production environment for testing products hardware functions.
• Experience in programming skills using Visual Basic, C/C++, C#, or Java.
• Experience with power electronics control circuit, analog & digital circuits, sensors, RF testing (Bluetooth, 802.11 Wi-Fi testing) and basic mechanical design is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and ability of failure analysis.
• Individuals who are self-driven, high accountability and independent to get things done.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills in English and Malay written & verbal required. Chinese language fluency is a plus.
