Requirements
Basic requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, computer science, electronic engineering, telecommunications and other related majors are preferred.
2. Work experience: At least 1 year of work experience in system testing or related fields, with experience in game testing and cloud product testing preferred.
3. Professional foundation: Familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies, with solid test analysis and use case design capabilities, and can cover multi-dimensional test scenarios such as function, performance, security, and compatibility.
4. Language ability: fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to meet the needs of cross-team communication; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
5. Core literacy: clear logical thinking, strong problem analysis and solving skills; The work is meticulous and rigorous, responsible, and can adapt to the fast-paced working environment and multi-task parallel processing.
3. Processes and tools: familiar with agile project management mode and standardized project management process, proficient in using test management tools, defect tracking tools and office software; Experience in writing test documentation (test plans, use cases, reports).
Skill Requirements:
1. Technical ability: master at least one programming language (such as SQL, Python, Java, Shell, etc.), script development experience is preferred; Those who are familiar with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, JMeter, etc.), performance testing tools (LoadRunner, etc.), or DevOps-related tools are a plus.
2. Domain cognition: Understanding of cloud computing technologies and platforms (AWS/Azure/Tencent Cloud, etc.), game development processes (especially FPS/RPG categories), blockchain testing or AI large model applications is preferred. Those who are proficient in any core module of cloud computing, such as computing, storage, network, and database, will receive bonus points.
Bonus points:
1. Have cross-team collaboration experience, and can efficiently connect multiple roles such as development, product, and customer to promote the closed loop of problems.
2. Experience in optimizing the test process and introducing new tools/methods, which can improve the test coverage and efficiency through technical means.
3. Hold relevant technical certifications (such as cloud computing platform certification, test engineer certification, etc.).
Responsibilities
There are three directions for testing positions: Game testing, System testing, and Cloud Quality Assurance
??Game testing direction:
1. Design/maintain test plans, test cases, test strategy, and execute test cases;
2. Break down test tasks of versions, make statistical test results, and provide modification suggestions;
3. Write test documents, test reports, and timely feedback test quality;
4. Communicate efficiently with relevant departments such as designers and programmers, and promote project progress together;
5. Follow matters related to team personnel management.
??System testing direction
1. Participate in requirements reviews, analyze test scope and risk points, and develop test plans, strategies, and cases.
2. Design test cases covering functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing to ensure effective validation of system boundaries and exception scenarios.
3. Document test results, identify the root cause of defects, track issue resolution, and verify closure.
4. Optimize testing processes and introduce new tools/methods to improve test coverage and efficiency.
5. Prepare test plans, cases, reports, and user manuals to ensure comprehensive and traceable documentation. Collaborate closely with development and product teams to facilitate requirements clarification and defect resolution
??Cloud Quality Assurance Direction
1. End to end test ownership. Own at least one product, focusing on test requirement analysis, test case design, test case execution, defect tracking, software quality analysis, etc.
2. Test efficiency enhancement. Leverage multiple technologies in industry to achieve excellent test execution efficiency and product defect identification, by Automation Testing, Chaos Testing, DevOps, AI based work flow, etc.
3. Necessary delivery support. Collaborate with other roles and enterprise clients to understand business requirements and deliver best-in-class cloud solutions, on demand.
