A multinational semiconductor company seeking a back end engineer, focussing on EOL processes Your new company Established more than a decade ago, this company is one of the world\'s world\'s largest semiconductor design and manufacturers of IC\'s, constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation. With increasing demand and company expansion, this company is looking to expand and bring aboard a Test or Post Test Engineer to join the award-winning team Your new role As a test process engineer, you will be given the opportunity to be part of the team that acts as the process and technical leader for the back end, end of line processes. As the core process owner, you will be responsible to characterize the package/process/equipment systematically to exceeding quality and reliability requirements, while working together with other departments to ensure the quality of the products. This position is open to current assistant managers or managers who are open to exploring an individual contributor position. What you\'ll need to succeed Back end semiconductor process and equipment is a MUST Minimum 5 years of Final Test and Post Test experiences or relevant experiences working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment/ Process Engineer Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant engineering background What you\'ll get in return An attractive monthly remuneration package Performance bonuses after 1 year of service, and profit sharing allowances.
