Due to rapid expansion, they are seeking a Test Equipment Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality standards and timely delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and effectively.
• Sourcing New Vendors:

• Identify and evaluate potential new vendors to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and potential suppliers.
• Develop and implement a vendor sourcing strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Ensure new vendors meet the company\'s quality, compliance, and performance standards.
• Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities related to test handler operations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote test handler solutions and services.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Operational Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of test handler equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain best practices in test handler operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test handler operations with other business units.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 - 12 years of experience in operations management, vendor management, and business development within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven track record in sourcing and managing vendors, with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
