About the role
This position is Responsible for Back End equipment technology scouting and set the future equipment technology roadmap for the company
What you will do
- Set up line support to enable 24x7 coverage on process issues.
- Monitoring of KPI and Dashboards for process improvement.
- Risk assessment and scoping of process and products.
- Continuously identify and mitigate the risks in the process control and firewall.
- Benchmarking and implementing best practices.
- Performs root cause analysis, technical simulation studies and corrective actions for Customer.
- Handshake new package/process from CPE and proliferation.
- Establish WI and procedures to ensure proper and correct way of operating process.
- In depth understanding of semiconductor product testing principle and industrial best practices.
- Basic understanding of discrete product characteristic.
- Statistical data analysis and quality tools.
- Experience in semiconductor test / product / test equipment are relevant.
- Knowledge and skill in below items will an added advantage:
- Understanding of tester architecture and capability.
- Understanding of product architecture and failure analysis.
- Capable of doing bench test eg. using curve tracer or parametric analyzer.
