Test Equipment Engineer(hardware)
Job Description
- Hardware equipment maintenance and continues improvement
- Keep product line equipment run efficiently, ensure minimum machine downtime due to hardware
- Analyze and resolve problem with test hardware interface to reach zero defect
- Able to understand drawings and added skill if have designing capability using SolidWorks
- Provide solution/breakthrough for better uptime
- Develop training package and train the trainer (associate engineer/technician/instructor) to ensure that maintenance team are well trained
- Lead group of technicians for sustaining and improvement activities.
- Set standard operation procedure to system/equipment.
- Able to convey technical information to both subordinate/supplier and interface with other functional group.
- Participate/coordinate project for improvement activities to support organization goals and objective. (cost, quality, productivity process, safety)
