Independent in performing test requirement analysis, test plan making, test case writing, testing strategies and test report output. Responsible in finding and reporting bugs, queries, and issues throughout the testing lifecycle. Ensure issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved. Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring adherence to testing processes and methodologies. Conduct test requirement analysis and prioritize testing activities based on project needs. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or other relevant studies. Min. 5 years of experience in software testing with good testing skill, bug-reporting skill, and team lead management skills. Familiar with GIS domain knowledge will be distinct advantage. Experience in bug and case tracking tools (Jira, etc.) Regression, Sanity Testing, Compatibility, Security and Exploratory testing Function, I18n/L10n, Performance and automatic testing Device testing experience - Android/ IOS phone and tablets Experience in Agile Methodology Flexible work approach and proactive problem-solving attitude
