Test Lead: At least 7 years of working experience in test projects in Banking domain only (preferable has experience on Core Banking, EAI/MQ, Retail Banking Systems, Corporate Banking Systems system). Location: Bangi, Budget: 10K max MANDATORY Requirements Test Lead: At least 7 years of working experience in test projects in Banking domain only (preferable has experience on Core Banking, EAI/MQ, Retail Banking Systems, Corporate Banking Systems system). Had working experience as Test Lead role Must know / has experience using JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr test management tool Responsibilities: Support getting the clarity on testing requirements Responsible for reporting all the applicable metrics / SLAs as per communication plan Provide support during testing escalations Develop Test plan and Test Approval Report Coordinate test data preparation Develop daily/weekly test progress report Work closely with Project Manager/ Test Manager in identifying the potential risks and challenges Review test artifacts Ensure quality of deliverables by review, test process adherence and monitoring Provide operational / day to day status reports to Test Manager, ITPM, Business PM Interacting with IT team for resolving environment related issues and any support requirements Ensure accurate and timely update of Defect information and defect status in defect tracking tool (JIRA) Arrange defect triage meeting, track, and follow up defects until closure Provide guidance to project team to use JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr as bank\'s test management tool Project Background Technology Refresh Projects are to upgrade the servers, operating system, database and applications due to obsolescence which are >5 years in used and to mitigate the risk of end extended support Systems impacted Core Banking, EAI/MQ, Retail Banking Systems, Corporate Banking Systems Key domain knowledge Required Credit card, retail loan, transaction banking, retail banking, core banking, downstream applications Testing service engagement scope Test Lead to assist ITPM/Business PM to manage day-to-day testing activities.
