Job Title: Test Lead

Project Background:

Project Manager for KRM System Upgrade v10.

Systems impacted:

KRM.

Key domain knowledge required:

Load and deposit product e.g., credit card, retail loan, transaction banking, retail banking and etc.

Testing service engagement scope:

Test Lead: At least 7 years of working experience in test projects in Banking domain only. Had working experience as Test Lead role
Must know how to use JIRA -defect & test management tool
Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Support getting the clarity on testing requirements
Responsible for reporting all the applicable metrics / SLAs as per communication plan
Provide support during testing escalations
Develop Test plan and Test Approval Report
Coordinate test data preparation
Develop daily/weekly test progress report
Work closely with Project Manager/ Test Manager in identifying the potential risks and challenges
Review test artifacts
Ensure quality of deliverables by review, test process adherence and monitoring
Provide operational / day to day status reports to Test Manager, ITPM, Business PM
Interacting with IT team for resolving environment related issues and any support requirements
Ensure accurate and timely update of Defect information and defect status in defect tracking tool (JIRA)
Arrange defect triage meeting, track, and follow up defects until closure
Provide guidance to project team to use JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr as bank\xe2\x80\x99s test management tool.
