Minimum Degree Must possess CTFL certification CTAL certification is as added advantage . At least 10 years or more testing experience in a Banking environment with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Internet Banking (Web & Mobile App) modules & functionalities. . Possess solid Internet Banking domain knowledge . Experience in Core Banking (CASA/Credit Card/Loans) & other downstream channels related testing is an added advantage. . Exposure in SOAP UI related testing . Have IBM/HP Testing tools experiences (HPALM / HPPC/UFT/LoadRunner/RTC) . Exposure in CMMi/TMMI is an added advantage . Full understanding of Testing Framework, SDLC Methodologies & Agile Methodologies. . Experience in Test Automation & Performance Testing scripting is an added advantage. . Experience in System and Application Profiling, Load and Stress Testing, Regression Testing, Transactional Performance Test and Application Performance test, Application Vulnerabilities Test, Network Security Penetration Test, and/or Database Security Penetration Test is and added advantage . High level of experience in Test Case review, Test Case Design, Defect Management & Defect Triage. . Able to manage, lead & mentor test analysts. . Good Test Reporting skills for Daily Status Reporting & Test Closure Report . Have adopted Risk-based Testing in previous testing engagements . Able to do functional testing effort estimation based on BRD / requirements document. . Strength in test managing large scale projects from requirements to test planning & design to test execution to defect management & test closure as per agreed scope, on time and on budget . Excellent organization and time management skills . Committed, self-motivated and dynamic individual, who can take ownership end to end test management according to the agreed scope, time, and cost with quality. . Strong strategic, interpersonal and communication skills . Able to work under pressure and deadline as well as quality driven . Competency in risk and issue management during test execution . High integrity and values focused . Good communication skills in communicating & managing multiple stakeholders across different teams in the organisation. . Possess good vendor management skills. . Skilled in using powerpoint, excel, MS word & HPALM testing tool Travel Requirements (if any)
