Consistently exceeds the expectations of the Account Manager Role, both in Sales and Operational Metrics.
Takes ownership of his/ her results and performance.
Is the Team Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to all systems, products and processes.
Is recognized by both Managers and peers as an example to be followed.
Key Responsibilities The Senior Account Manager will continue to hold the same tasks as that of the Account Manager role:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communication (e.g. email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform customers about our products and help them to select and sign up for the ones that are right for them.
Work efficiently and effectively in line with company procedures and guidelines, delivering good results against our key performance indicators (customer satisfaction, productivity and deal volume).
Accurately record notes clearly in all relevant systems.
Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency.
In addition, the Senior Account Manager will also:
Be the person of reference for the other Account Managers and support them by being the go-to person for questions regarding systems, products and processes.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months tenure in an Account Manager role at Regus.
Full time availability.
Consistent and proven outstanding results in deals and revenue.
Exceptional ratings in all operational KPI\xc2\xb4s in the feedback form.
Analytical skills to understand his/her reports, extract the relevant information and action personal improvement plans.
Deep knowledge of the primary service market.
Team Player.
Proactivity and can-do attitude.
Not being under a formal improvement action plan.
No disciplinary process in the last 6 months.
Necessary skills to Support other Account Managers by being the go to person for questions regarding systems, products and processes.
