About the Department
The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.
Job Responsibilities
Supports effective implementation of Technology changes, reviewing requirements from End User perspective and ensuring effective implementation with the help of testing, training and documentation.
Coordinate, manage and execute user acceptance testing for retail banking applications
Understand user requirement, review functional specification and plan the testing to ensure adequate testing coverage
Manage end to end testing ensuring quality test verification and documentation, defect reporting, issue resolution, and progress tracking in timely manner
Support business/ operation users in operational readiness, pilot run, health check and project post implementation
Assist in developing system functionality and user training manual, target operating model and other relevant documentation where applicable
Analyze and provide support/ relevant input on production issues and/ or customer complaints channeled via support staff/ helpdesk.
Assist in developing and executing test automation script
