Job Description

As a Testing Manager in the Industrial Automation industry, you will oversee final testing of complex, high-speed machinery. This role in Shah Alam requires a strong technical understanding of mechanical and electronic systems to ensure desired results are achieved within the timeline provided.

• Lead and inspire a team responsible for testing and optimizing complex, high-speed/high-precision machinery.
• Foster a culture of safety, lean principles, and continuous improvement.
• Uphold high 5S standards while driving operational excellence in the Optimize & Test area.
• Develop, refine, and maintain efficient assembly and evaluation procedures.
• Plan and coordinate resources to ensure machines are delivered on time and in full.
• Monitor and contribute to company-wide KPIs, including productivity and quality performance.
• Manage customer feedback and ensure swift, effective resolution of any issues.
• Support capacity planning and workforce development in collaboration with leadership.

Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologyDynamic working environment

• Degree or Master's in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with strong academic results.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical machinery assembly and evaluation.
• Proven leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• A proactive, responsible, and committed approach to work.
