The TGM Engineer reports to the TGM Coordinator and he is responsible for managing TGM operations and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.

DAILY TASK

Backup coordinator to coordinating the entire Total Gas Management operations. Backup coordinator to coordinating operation of Compress Dry Air (CDA), Gas Detection System (GDS) and Bulk Gases System and Specialty gases. Becoming a focal person with customer on day to day operations. Ensuring all gas distribution system is on continuously supplying. Monitoring all operations for gas distribution systems. Ensuring safe handling of gas deliveries and receiving from external warehouse. Assisting and executing gas charge-in activities for all related Gas Cabinet System, Valve Manifold Boxes and tools. Ensuring sufficient onsite stock for all online gases. Ensuring good housekeeping at any gas room as well as TGM control room. Maintaining all tools or equipment for analysis or testing are in good order and tip top condition. Conducting the operation training for the staff. Monitoring and maintaining good preventive maintenance. Prepared monthly service reports and weekly reports. Provide technical and theory training. Coordinating, planning and problem solving abilities. Becoming a Safety Supervisor/Officer in the team. Monitoring, planning, controlling, and executing the schedule & non-schedule maintenance, spare part gas system. Technical supports to other site operation and project. Maintaining all Gas distribution systems as per Preventive Maintenance schedule agreed with customer. In charge of all matters regarding with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management system for TGM department. Familiar with ISO 9001: 2008 implementation & maintenance of documents and procedures. Support Client CIP and Fugu'ai programed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly. To update daily TGM routine activity to customer. To update non-routine activity in weekly basis to customer. To update Preventive Maintenance, Ad-hoc activity to customer in monthly basis. Meeting job requirements. To set prospective goals, plan for career development, and to encourage discussion between the employee and manager in order to promote optimum performance. To ensure that injury-free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident. To fulfill customer's needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator program administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements Provide support to departmental operations. Backup for coordinator work task. Provided leadership supports in maintaining on-site bulk gas supply, specialty gases and control system engineering supports to clients operations department. Maintained and organized the documentation through ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, managed safety programs and ensured compliance with all regulatory safety requirements System (ISO 9001:2008). To ensure all related processes for TGM for the Quality Management Systems (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained. To keep on promoting the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. To keep on promoting the awareness of Quality Management System throughout the organization. Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures for Total Gas Management operations. To guide and seek areas of improvement for the Quality Management System. Effectively support the organization's stakeholders/users in Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008). To ensure all related processes for TGM for the Quality Management Systems (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Possess Degree in engineering/others with at least 3 - 5 years of related working experience in Gas Distribution system.

The TGM Engineer must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

Other applications such as Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel, Outlook, Etc. Knowledge about PM activities. Knowledge in maintenance of gas system. Preparation of service report and documentations. Kinetics business - product and services. Gas system, Programmable Logic Control, Gas detection system, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, electrical, mechanical, instrument, electronic and Environment Health and Safety. Commissioning, start-up and shutdown of system. Conduct internal or external training on gas and Environment Health and Safety. Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities. Attended safety training in approved government agency such as NIOSH is an added advantage. Knowledge in 8D report presentation, FMEA and Continues Improvement Program (CIP). Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO9001:2008 auditing and certification process. Attended professional training on Gas system handling with professional and recognized organizations. Knowledge in Compress Dry Air (CDA) will be added advantage. Knowledge in SCADA system.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH)

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
