I. DAILY TASK \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform rounds, reading & checking of all equipment & instrumentation wellbeing. \xe2\x80\xa2 System parameters monitoring (e.g.: temperature, RH, flow, pressure and pH) \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform particle count for all cleanroom area & Check filters condition for AHU & fan coil unit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend to any system alarm & Check and clean strainers, Clean and rectify leaks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to tool/manufacturing equipment problems caused by facilities system \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Dyson Stakeholders for any utilities problem that are tie in to new / existing system \xe2\x80\xa2 Switch over operation of redundant Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\xa2 Inspect installations to ensure it adhere to design and equipment specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out work in accordance with safety procedures and keep proper record of all works carried out on-site II. RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for total plant mechanical system maintenance such as Make-Up Air Units, Fan Filter Units, Fan Coil Units, Gas Delivery Systems, Process Cooling Water system, Solvent Scrubber, Gen. Exhaust, Process Vacuum and UPS system schedule and preventive maintenance and not limited to following duty and functions.
