Carry out daily maintenance works for mechanical and electrical systems as per preventive maintenance checklist and schedule.
Maintain filter and strainer for AHU, FCU, Pump, Water Feature, all M&E equipment etc.
Attend to mechanical and electrical defects reported by tenants.
Coordinate with contractor in maintaining and repair electrical, plumbling, ventilation & other building system.
Inspection, testing and service of all fire protection system.
Carry out any necessary building related work such as Masonry, Painting, Carpentry, drainage, electrical piping plumbing and etc.
Attend to and resolve tenants’ complaints pertaining to facilities issues with tact and promptness.
