Job Description

The four-month programme is aimed to help fresh graduates bridge the gap between the educational and professional worlds. The programme gives learners the opportunity to learn practical skills and gain real-life experiences while combining intense soft skills classroom instruction and on-the-job training opportunities. Program structure:

• 1 month classroom training (remotely)
• 3 months industrial training

Training venue EduCity, Johor Allowance & Accommodation Rm 1,000.00 per month (accommodation provided) Start Date November 2023 Requirements:

• Graduates must be Malaysian citizens.
• Graduates of Institutions of Higher Learning in or outside the country
• Graduates who are still unemployed after graduating
• Graduates are not existing employees who are currently serving in the company either temporarily, contractually, or full -time.
• Diploma or degree holder
• 18 \xe2\x80\x93 35 years old Malaysian
• Strong self-discipline as we\'re a Remote/Hybrid-first company.

• Multimedia
• Marketing
• Advertising
• Digital Marketing

Note: * Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for further selection process * Eligible for Bumiputera :

• To brainstorm and come up with different visual digital ideas: UI, advertisements, social media campaigns, posters, banners, EDMs, videos, corporate identity, etc.
• Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies.
• Designing visual concepts using graphic design tools including design software.
• Selecting colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts.
• Collaborating with art directors, branding experts, front-end developers, marketing, content, and other professionals to create media.
• Articulating and pitching design concepts to clients, investors, and others.
• Attending workshops, training sessions and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.
• Assist in identifying and analysing business opportunities, such as potential clients and partners.
• Assist in developing presentations and sales pitch strategies.
• Facilitate with the execution of various lead business and marketing activities.
• Research opportunities in relation to client and lead enquiries.
