Accountable for theft mitigation at 11K sites & 9 TOCs (
Technical Operation Centers). * Compile comprehensive database (track & record) of incidents related to theft/vandalism/HSE on nationwide incidents, case verification, modus-operandi analysis, trending and details \xe2\x80\x93 daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
Analysis theft incident, reporting & control to reduce cases, cost optimization & financial losses.
To publish monthly theft bulletin/weekly data/ dashboard and update status & relevant information to stakeholders/management, OLO Forum or authority (when required)
Responsible to apply effective theft mitigation strategy & solution to protect asset/network elements of nationwide BTS/TOC from theft/vandalism/HSE issue.
Manage theft mitigation solution & strategy of deter, detect & delay with solutions.
Leading and coordination roles with regional Field Operations PIC & relevant stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of theft mitigation strategy in place which includes the OPEX & CAPEX spending & relevant contract operations.
Reduce network downtime/losses due to theft/vandalism which may impact to network availability/customer experience.To execute & perform continuous digital innovation, POC (Proof of Concept) to achieve effective theft mitigation strategy in fronting the potential issue arise for site/TOC safety, security & HSE issue. * Proactive & reactive end-to-end anti-theft solution, auto-docket, system, IRT (Incident response team) prompt deployment, incident management, mitigation & site hardening at ~300 sites/yr
Participate in OLO theft forum & external taskforce with Security/Police and relevant authorities.
Manage AOP of 5.6m/yr (3m OPEX-guards, 2.6mn CAPEX), business case challenge, budget planning, execution, implementation, evaluation and closure.
Ensure full compliances and control of end-to-end business process, waiver, PR/PO, spend & budget utilization with focus on optimizing & implement OPEX/CAPEX programs related to Theft Mitigation for Operations
Support 24x7 to handle on any security related/dockets/incidences.
What do you need to have for this role?
Diploma/Degree in any of relevant field study including: Theft Mitigation, Digitalization, Innovation, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, Project Management.
