The Opportunity



We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Event Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team and lead our corporate sales and events initiatives across our group of theme parks in Malaysia.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue through

strategic partnerships, group sales, corporate events, large-scale events, meetings, corporate outings, team-building activities, large group bookings and event coordination and other (B2B) opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and secure corporate clients and event bookings Build and manage a pipeline of potential corporate clients and events Negotiate and close sales agreements with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Coordinate the planning and execution of corporate events, working closely with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize sales performance Provide exceptional customer service and be a trusted advisor to corporate clients Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials Contribute to the overall growth and success of the theme park

What we're looking for



Minimum 1 years of sales experience in the hospitality, tourism or events industry Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results Experience in event planning and coordination, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Passionate about the theme park industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
