Perform professional Scalp / Hair treatment consultation in accordance with SOP (Training provided).
Understand customer's needs and perform professional consultation to recommend company treatments and products.
Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers.
Providing after customer service and follow-up appointments with customers
To build and maintain good relationship with customers
Work closely with the team members and Manager to achieve store goals.
Recruiting new customers, proactively assist customers in an informative and helpful way on enquiries relating to their appointment bookings and follow-up promptly on customers' requests.
Assist with inventory management and good understanding of product positioning
Maintain a professional, clean, and hygienic environment in consultation and treatment areas
Support daily operations and assist with ad hoc duties (when required).
Requirements
Preferably at least one 1 year of experience in Hair Scalp/ Aesthetic / Beauty industry or equivalent experience in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service industry (Training provided)
Outgoing, pleasant, and energetic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good work attitude and willing to learn
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and Public Holidays
Able to communicate in both English, Bahasa and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
