Job Description

 •Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
•Booking meetings and scheduling events with Hotels
•Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
•Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
•Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
•Interacts with directors and carries out their requests
•If have experience in doing HRDCorp submission will added advantage
•Handle queries from managers and employees
•Make a checklist and list all the requirements for organizing the event
•Establish a good rapport with clients and relevant authorities to ensure project implementation complete arrangements
•Researching for a competitive quote from potential suppliers providers mainly 5 stars hotels
•Leading all ground-crews during the workshop /conferences for both attendees and speakers
•Emcee training workshop/conferences
•In charge of event operations on-site from initial set-up till completion of workshop/conferences
•Problem solving and decision making when challenges arise
•Prepare event reports and event financial reports.
•Maintaining a high level of marketing achievement
•Maintain a good relationship with existing customers and corporate organizations.
•Getting in touch with the client to close day to day sales outstanding (DSO) and get payments
•To carry out a different area of work assignment from time to time
•Manage and coordinate with various third party agencies
Working on business development projects
•Responsible for performing and conducting marketing presentation to corporate customer
•Preparing business proposals, pricing, promotion and tender, marketing activities and forecast reports
•To liaise and establish good connection with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities to ensure efficient project implementation
•To carry out different area of work assignment from time to time as and when directed by the Director
•Development of brand awareness and online reputation
•Manage and coordinate third party agencies and vendors working on our behalf to ensure smooth, timely and positive delivery of work
•Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
•Operate and implement post-event activities.
•Outstanding vendor management skills.
Job Requirement : 
•Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree,Communication,Business Administrative,International Business, or equivalent .
•Fresh graduate with the strong drive and determination to succeed are encouraged to apply are encouraged to apply.
•Fluent in both written & spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint.
•Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
•Highly self-motivated individual, dynamic with pleasant personality.
•Team player, Creative, think on your feet.
•Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
•Pleasant personality and able to interact all levels of people.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Result driven and able to work independently and meet present deadlines
•Driven and self-motivated with a can-do and willing to learn personality.
•Strength in multitasking and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willing to travel to the events when needed.
Benefits: -
• Salary between RM 2300-RM 2500
• 5 working days (Monday – Friday), 8.30am – 5.00 pm
• Hands on Training will be provided
• Easy access and near public transport (KL Sentral –LRT /MRT/KTM)
• New project every 2-3 months
