Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd is a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency. Ours headquarter is in Hong Kong with branches & teammates in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK & Australia. Providing 15+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy & technology solutions, to global clients. Responsibilities:

• Ticketing and Ticket after-sales services - Flight ticket issuance, ticket exchanges and refund, Advise and assist to amend discrepancies names, dates or any other componenets for the bookings
• Check the systems queue on GDS on daily basis in order to monitors messages coming from airlines suchs as schedule change or flight cancelled initiated by airlines.
• Checking the Customer services-related systems, response customer incoming inquiries and resolved the issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Global Distribution System (GDS),e.g : Preferable Travelport Galileo, but Amadeus & Sabre are acceptable
• At least 1-year customer service experience in a ticketing line-related industry is preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and Cantonese is a MUST as this role requires liaising with the Hong Kong team.

Office Locations: Sunway Velocity Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month Benefits:
