Job Description

Castlery is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our Operations Team headquartered here in Singapore. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the team to ensure customers\' orders are fulfilled and customers are satisfied with their experience with us. Your daily job responsibilities are as per below.

What you\'ll be doing

• Assisting in daily delivery orders fulfilment and monitoring product shipments through our ERP system.
• Performing goods receipts through our ERP system.
• Responsible for validating and processing customers\' delivery orders.
• Responding to customers\' inquiries in a timely manner via our ticketing system.
• Liaising with our 3rd Party Logistics partners for delivery statuses and ensuring prompt delivery of orders.
• Liaising with internal and external parties in troubleshooting any delivery issues.
• Assisting in coordinating any special delivery requests or inquiries from customers.
• Performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you\'ll need

• Min 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of ERP (NetSuite Oracle) system and e-commerce background is a plus.
• Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting customer expectations.
• Ability to empathise with customers and prioritising their needs.
• Independent and self-driven with problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn and a team player.

Other Details

• Working Hours:-

• Mondays to Fridays - 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
• Saturdays - standby duty, on roster basis
• Remote working environment
