• Proven experience as logistics coordinator in logistic company.
• A good understanding of how Internet / e-commerce business works would be an added advantage.
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
• Flexible to accept and adapt to constant change.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate in cross-cultural team settings.
• Proactive, responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience on eBay/ Amazon / Shopee/ Lazada will be highly regarded.
• Able to join us immediately would be an added advantage.
• Good command of written/spoken in English and Mandarin (added advantage).

Tanggungjawab

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Dealing with transportation and operation.
• To create SKU for our Odoo system since all new products require to setup SKU.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
