Job Description

The Tiktok Admin (Customer Service) supports customer service operations during live sessions and handles administrative tasks specific to the TikTok channel to maintain smooth e-commerce operations.

Live session support - chat handling, order tracking, voucher application, and live admin coordination. Customer engagement - responding to inquiries, managing feedback, and handling issue escalation. Order processing support - verifying paid orders, ensuring fulfilment accuracy, and coordinating returns or missing items.

Qualifications & Experience



Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of TikTok or TikTok Shop operations is an advantage. Experience supporting live commerce operations is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Good communication skills, especially when supporting customer service during live sessions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
