About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are currently looking for a TikTok Commerce Labeling Quality Assurance Supervisor based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Grow the local labeling quality assurance team and oversee their day-to-day operation for Ecommerce business Work with vendors to ensure quality targets are met by providing training programs and quality related refresher;
  • Lead a multi-language labeling QA team and act as the main point of contact for quality assurance and content quality assessment tasks;
  • Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for labeling procedures, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality improvement and maintain QA programs complementary to the quality system, corporate objectives and policies;
  • Report, analyse, and provide insights on our labeling quality process;
  • Provide reports and support, responsible for localising working processes and strategies, solving content concerns for local users with cross-functional teams such as content operations, product, engineering, legal and public relations qualifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;
  • 4+ years experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company;
  • Recent and minimum 2+ years experience as Team Lead/Quality Manager/ Technical Lead;
  • Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role;
  • Great people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills;
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management;
  • Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skills;
  • Fluency in English is required as it is the working language.
