About the Team
The Governance and Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our platform provides a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our Merchants, Creators and our community. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are currently looking for a TikTok Commerce Regional Content Analyst Supervisor based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with Project Managers to provide cultural and linguistic insights, process streamline improvements, policy implementation/calibrations and research and analysis to improve TikTok Shop\'s customer experiences.
• Manage a multi-language team of regional content analysts as Team Lead, providing support, the duty of care, and instilling a performance culture and act as the main point of contact for quality assurance and content quality assessment tasks;
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Policy, Product, Operation Team and Engineering, etc) to identify, assess and resolve safety-related issues in our content ecosystem, promote community wellbeing & user safety;
• Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements for workflow and procedure improvement, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality improvement;
• Provide reports and support for localizing working processes and strategies, solving product risk concerns for local users with cross-functional teams such as product listing team, engineering, legal and public relations qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent education/experience, an advanced degree is preferred;
• 3+ years experience working on content quality, safety, or policy in a major tech or media company. Prior project and policy management experience preferred;
• Recent and minimum 2+ years experience as Team Lead;
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to day-to-day challenges of the role;
• Great people management skills and currently managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills;
• Deep understanding of e-commerce compliance requirements and internet governance management;
• Demonstrate good judgment, training, and management skill;
• Good sense of content and user empathy, ability to formalize the big picture of content quality based on quantitative and qualitative data;
• Good communication abilities to manage multiple stakeholders preferred;
• Fluency in English is required as it is the working language;
