Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics.
• Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively.
• Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
• Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance.
• Compile daily and monthly sales statistics for each live host, tracking their revenue generation.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate compensation for live hosts based on their sales.
• Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.
• Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment, software, and technical support for smooth live broadcasts.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions.
• Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
• Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.
• Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok\'s guidelines and community standards.
• Stay updated on TikTok\'s policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
