Job Description
- Perform duties as a Live Host for all platforms both from social media or other than social media
- Responsible for helping customers from inquiries, suggestions & sharing about product information.
- Plan and create live sales program content, script and flow.
- Responsible for managing live, being a live host and preparing live report every day.
- Need to control the audience, interact with the audience, share product information and overcome issues during live.
- Need to speak in Malaysian.
- Always concerned about current issues, trends and changes direct market.
- Ensure the company\'s social media account is free from any restrictions or obstacles set by social media.
