Social Marketer (TikTok)

New position: - We are looking for a TikTok Marketer responsible for creating own video hosting on TikTok platform to promote a business or a product.

OBJECTIVES

• Discovering trendy video topics for creative discussions and ideas.
• Promote and supervise all partnership opportunities, including brands partnerships, channels partnerships.
• Promote and engage communities, products and services, and customer interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To plan, Schedule and Create campaigns of own Tiktok E-commerce videos sessions.
• Develop online social marketing strategy to attract and work with KOLs and social influencers.
• Develop digital marketing plans and social campaigns to increase brand awareness for all other social media platforms online channels, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as seller, merchant, and creator management team to identify marketing needs of each campaign and develop effective and creative marketing plans accordingly;
• Get feedback from customers and audiences.
• Advertise products and services to target audiences and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma; Professional Certifications / Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field - 1-2 years of communications experience (PR/Comms agency experience preferable)
• Working experience in online tutor e-commerce, social media or advertising companies and experience with own short-form mobile video is preferred.
• Naturally face the camera, smile infectiously, speak clearly, and express smoothly, familiarize yourself. Training provided! Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must have a good command of the Malay, Mandarin and English languages.
• Strong knowledge in Social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, KOLs, etc.) and other digital marketing channels.
• Location: Mid Valley (Kuala Lumpur) or Bayan Lepas (Penang).
• Excellent verbal communication in Malay and Mandarin.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player and able to work under pressure.
