Job Responsibility Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for live hosts, considering peak viewing times and audience demographics. Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions. Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed. Monitor live host performances during live broadcasts, ensuring they engage with the audience effectively. Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their performance. Compile daily and monthly sales statistics for each live host, tracking their revenue generation. Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement. Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions. Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment, software, and technical support for smooth live broadcasts. Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions. Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback. Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes. Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok\'s guidelines and community standards. Stay updated on TikTok\'s policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance. Job Requirements Fresh graduates / no experience are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided. Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Capable of working the night shift from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
