Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia, Advertising / Media or equivalent
• Min 2 to 3 years of social media experience
• Fluency across Douyin, Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook & xiaohongshu
• Proven record of experience in developing content, video & photo shooting editing for multiple social media platform
• NOT camera shy in videos
• Creator 'make something every day' mindset
• Energetic, witty, spontaneous and creative
• Knowledge in handling a camera and photoshoot session in studio/outdoor is an added advantage
• Initiative and possess a positive working attitude
• Intermediate are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel
• Have own transport & laptop
• Prefer can read & write mandarin, english & BM
• Able to work under minimum supervision and as well as in a team

• Create a Tik Tok everyday. Ideate, shoot, edit, caption and post
• Photoshoot branding products (in studio/outdoor)
• Create mood board/ proposal for the project
• Creative sense for photo & video shooting
• Constantly explore viral trends
• Strategize how Tik Tok can amplify ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns
• Monitor feeds across social platforms and moderate comments
• Respond and engage with comments across social channels with the Onewheel personality and voice in all interactions
• Engage with key influencers, like minded brands and active, influential members of the community
• Catalog user generated content across platforms and work with social team to amplify content
• Able to source music and sound effect
• Keeping up-to-date technologically with new media, familiarizing with video production and digital editing equipment
