Responsibilities:

Adhere to the company's rules and regulations at all times to maintain the brand's image and high standards. Greet and engage with customers in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing clear explanations about products and services. Coordinate with the team on scheduled sales and promotional activities to ensure sales targets and purchasing budgets are met. Support telemarketing efforts, including cold calling from the customer database, to maintain strong relationships with regular customers. Update stock cards with new merchandise records as required. Receive stock transfers and assist with monthly stock counts. Ensure all customer requests for item cutting and servicing are properly documented and approved by a supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in the watch retail industry or a similar field. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Solid understanding of retail management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Malay. Ability to speak additional languages is an added advantage. Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays (retail hours). Open to Malaysian citizens only.
