Your Key Responsibilities

• To manage operations in the SSC Finance for APAC based on target setting aligned with CFO s, Head of Finance & IT AP SSC and local Finance teams, provide guidance to all SSC Finance team members to implement compliance with all group, regional and local accounting-related guidelines and procedures.
• To drive strategic development of the AP SSC Finance by planning resources, conduct process studies and oversee implementation status for migration projects to AP SSC Finance as per approved Business case for Asia Pac Countries while setting-up required IT enablement such as ICR invoice reader, Tradeshift, Service Now etc.
• To lead reconciliation with respective guideline owners, Head of AP Finance & IT SSC and SSC Finance team members in case interpretation or adoptions of guidelines is required
• Continuous improvement in workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness of SSC Finance processes.
• To perform month, end General Ledger bookings and other month end closing activities required for the preparation of financial statements.
• To review payment run for A/P invoices processed by SSC Finance, ensure approved and paid on time.
• To check and issue intercompany invoices on a timely basis and to supervise month end intercompany reconciliation

Accounting, Treasury and Controlling

• Ensure group internal management reports are prepared within the stated deadlines. Ensure credit management procedures are complied with and payment from customers are received by due date.
• Ensure all payment to employees and suppliers are complied with guidelines and are paid on time.
• Monitor cash flow and credit facility utilization.

Audit and Taxation

• Assist in coordination with statutory audit or for necessary procedures to complete year-end closing.
• Assist in coordination for internal audit.
• Assist in coordination with tax agent for corporate tax computation, tax return submission, tax payment and any other tax matters that arises.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local tax regulation such as submission of tax returns (corporate tax, custom duties, withholding tax etc), import license etc.
• Ensure that the organization\'s tax related processes and documentation are well setup and maintained.
• Assist in coordination for local tax audit.
• Assist in coordination for any other tax related matters such as transfer price.

People Management

• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop SSC Finance team members for Asia Pac to ensure they are motivated, trained and capable of discharging their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Facilitate mid-term development and career path of team members.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance and related field
• 5 and above years of working experience in Accounting, Finance, ideally in SSC environment.
• Windows & Microsoft applications and SAP knowledge required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
