Description Primary Objective: Manage a team and to effectively orchestrate the end-to-end execution of in-house programmes, external programmes as well as certification and accreditation programmes to support RHB Learning & Development\'s vision, that is to bring the right learners and right learning opportunities. Review key processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the operational matters for the training programmes registration and application including programme scheduling. Experience in an MIS /operations/ back office environment and knowledge of Oracle EBS & Oracle PeopleSoft ELM system are added advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills Good analytical skills Intermediate to advanced skills at using Microsoft Office applications is required Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
