We need a technical pro to install, fix, and maintain our clients' TM UniFi networks. This is a field-based role .



Key Duties:



? Installation: Deploy full UniFi systems on-site.



Maintenance: Perform proactive system check-ups and updates.



Troubleshooting: Solve connectivity and performance problems.



? Modem Configuration: Set up and integrate modems and routers.


Client Support: Provide clear explanations and excellent service.



Installation & Deployment: Professionally install and configure UniFi networking equipment, including Access Points, Switches, and related hardware at client sites.



Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance checks to ensure network health, performance, and security. Update firmware and manage device configurations as needed.



Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to Wi-Fi coverage, connectivity, speed, and stability. Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.



Modem & Network Configuration: Configure modems, routers, and firewalls to establish secure and efficient internet connections. Set up VLANs, VPNs, and other advanced network features as required.



Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and provide basic user training on their new systems.



Documentation: Accurately document network layouts, configurations, and service reports.



Qualifications & Skills:



Proven experience in network installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.



Hands-on experience with UniFi ecosystem hardware and software (UniFi Network Controller) is highly desirable.



Strong understanding of IP networking, TCP/IP protocols, and Wi-Fi technologies.



Ability to configure modems, routers, and switches.



Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.



Strong customer service and communication skills.
