Front-line customer service
Perform outbound telemarketing service to upsell product / services
Attending to queries and pre-sales questions to assist end customers in signing up or renewing their existing contract
Sales enquiries on billing and other general enquiries
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
Proactive, committed and self-motivated
Positive team player who is also able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
Working hours:Monday to Friday , 9-6pm. PH follow SG PH. Basic salary:RM1800 + Transport allowance RM200 + Attendance incentive RM100 =RM2100.00 -Additional RM200 as language support if can speak mandarin. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
Monday to Friday
