Primary Objective:
Responsible on day to day Call Centre\'s administration duties.
Coordinate with Group HR on daily HR matters.
Manage claims for all staff in Call Centre

Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).





Good communication and analytical skills, oral and written.
Strong organizational, communications and problem solving skills.
Committed to goal achievement.
Excellent knowledge on account balancing.
Strong team player.
Excellent stress management skill.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
